Send us bug reports, suggestions, praise or harsh criticism. All emails are read and all comments taken on board. Please note that we’re only able to answer questions in English. We receive a huge amount of email, so it’s not always possible to reply to everyone, especially for duplicate bug reports.

Help yourself

Don’t forget to check our Help documents before sending us a message as there’s a good chance we already have an answer to your question. In fact, you should read all the help docs anyway—we usually sneak in quite a few features that you might not find just by playing with our apps.

Twitter and Formspring

We also answer general questions via Twitter and design related questions via Formspring.

Formspring is strictly for non-support, “What’s your favourite Photoshop filter?” or “Why are all your apps purple?” type questions for Marc, Bjango’s designer.
