We receive a huge amount of email, so it’s not always possible to reply to everyone, especially for duplicate bug reports.

Don’t forget to check our Help documents before sending us a message as there’s a good chance we already have an answer to your question. In fact, you should read all the help docs anyway—we usually sneak in quite a few features that you might not find just by playing with our apps.
