Sending usage data and HTML pages to us will help us ensure better support for your provider and may also assist in correcting any issues. Your usage data may also contain some personal information, so please only send it to us if you’re comfortable with that.
To do this, tap the status at the bottom of the usage screen (the “Last Update Failed” or “Updated 0 minutes ago” text), then tap Email Usage Data, write a short note about the issue, tap Next, then Send.
The note about the problem you’re experiencing is very important. If we don’t know what issue you’re having, we can’t fix it!
Depending on the error you’re seeing, it might not be possible to send the data from within Consume.
