Sending usage data and HTML pages to us will help us ensure better support for your provider and may also assist in correcting any issues. Your usage data may also contain some personal information, so please only send it to us if you’re comfortable with that.
To do this, tap the status at the bottom of the usage screen (the “Last Update Failed” or “Updated 0 minutes ago” text), then tap Email Usage Data and Send.
Please include a note about the problem(s) you’re experiencing. This is very important. If we don’t know what issues you’re having, we can’t fix them!
Depending on the error you’re seeing, it might not be possible to send the data from within Consume.
If it’s not possible to send the usage data from within Consume, then please log in to your account and send us every page from login to the usage page using the instructions below:
