Phases is a little app that shows you information about current, future and past moon phases.
Phases is split into three different views: the Phase overview, the Phase calendar and Phases Help. To change the view shown, simply swipe your finger from left to right or from right to left across the screen.
The Phase overview displays a large icon and name for the current moon phase, plus small icons, names and dates for the next 6 phases. It also contains the age, illumination and distance.
Age — This is the amount of time that has past since the last new moon.
Illumination — This refers to the moon’s illumination as a percentage.
Distance — This is the distance of the center of the Earth to the center of the moon.

The Phase calendar displays a calendar with the moon phase for every day. Major moon phases are shown with a dark background. Today is indicated by a blue background. Tapping the left and right arrows moves forward and backwards through the months. Tapping the month name returns to the current month.

The Phases help shows the icons and names of all the moon phases.
