Skala Preview and Pixelmator

Skala Preview can work with Pixelmator in a couple of different ways. If Skala Preview is set to Send All Images on Clipboard, then anything you copy in Pixelmator will get sent to your connected iOS devices. If you’d only like to send iOS sized images on the clipboard, then please choose Send iOS Sized Images on Clipboard from the Transfer menu.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to copy the entire canvas to the clipboard in Pixelmator, so the easiest way to send a full sized mock up is exporting a PNG, then dragging the image to the Skala Preview window. Most image files can be sent this way. Please note that Pixelmator’s native .pxm files are not supported.
